[News] "South Korea: Path to a Tourism Powerhouse" Book Published
Professor SooCheong (Shawn) Jang, director of CHRIBA, participated as the lead author, alongside experts from both academia and the private sector, in the publication of the book "South Korea: Path to a Tourism Powerhouse." This book underscores the importance of tourism as a solution to overcome South Korea's declining population and the resulting regional extinction issues. It presents various strategies and actionable tasks to revitalize inbound tourism as a means to achieve the status of a tourism powerhouse.
To share the book's insights, a special seminar will be held on August 7, 2024, jointly hosted by Yanolja Research, the CHRIBA at Purdue University, and the Center for H&T Analytics at Kyung Hee University.
